Peachtree Imaging’s Barcoding System

Peachtree Imaging’s Barcoding System is a unique tracking system that was designed to ease players and parents through the picture day process.

If players are purchasing photographs, they will check in with a cashier and turn in their order form. The cashier places an identification barcode on the order form and a matching one on a camera card (see picture below) that will accompany the player to an individual photographer.

Players may have their individual photographs taken while waiting for their teammates to arrive for the group photo or afterwards if they arrive late.

Each barcode is associated with the individual players name, address, phone number and package ordered.

Parents with children playing on different teams can turn in their order forms and receive a barcode for each child at the same time. This will allow parents to pay only one time and shorten the wait later in the day.

Please be courteous to scheduled teams by having players photographed at the appointed time.
